In a big city like Hong Kong, people are oftentimes neglectful of their surroundings as they clutter their minds with thoughts, or, they walk with a phone in their hands being occupied by whatever tasks.
After graduating from university in 2018, I started my first street photography project "Hong Kong: 100 people, 100 street jobs" by wandering the streets and captured people who often seem to be unnoticeable yet help shape this society.
Here I present some of the work from the collection.

A Chinese threader in Sai Kung, Hong Kong. Traditional Chinese Threading is one of the rare traditions that survived thanks to the relentless pursuit of beauty by women. A thin threat is doubled, twisted and rolled over the unwanted hair, it can get rid of hair follicles, dead skin and cuticles. The logic behind this treatment is that as long as the blood circulation of the skin is maintained, it can cure itself.
